This is perfect for me. I don't like headphones that have to be plugged into the ear. It has hooks around my ear and the earbud fits snugly on the outside of my ear. I can hear what I need to hear without being heard by others (as customers).

Unlike the newer model we were given last week that kept falling out and completely blocked my hearing in one ear, this model just sits on your ear and you can still use it listen, perfect for mine work 😊😊😊 10/10 would recommend and have recommended to 5 other colleagues and also bought for a colleague!

The only downside is that it can be easily removed if you wear glasses. I have to find the exact spot or it will get stuck in my ear or pop out, but that's enough to keep him from working for something cheap. Walkie-talkie at work. Gotta find another :(

This is a well made product. The clip is strong and durable. The wire is thick and doesn't kink. My only complaint would be the size of the horn. I think the catch is solid. It should be more rounded at the top to better fit the shape of your ear. I'm used to it but that's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5. For reference I returned this particular product (for Motorola) but bought the same product for Midland.

This product is excellent in every way except it keeps falling out of my ear which makes my boss make a fuss of me. The product is not to blame. I'm a very small person with tiny ears. I have to wear glasses and my ear just isn't big enough to fully support both the frame of the glasses and the ear hook of the earpiece. It's not the speaker's fault.
