This product is excellent in every way except it keeps falling out of my ear which makes my boss make a fuss of me. The product is not to blame. I'm a very small person with tiny ears. I have to wear glasses and my ear just isn't big enough to fully support both the frame of the glasses and the ear hook of the earpiece. It's not the speaker's fault. But the acoustics are very clear, crisp and quite loud. We have a very big office and one day I had to go to school across the street and I could still understand conversations perfectly! It builds up over time and can't always be scraped off completely without damaging the earcup, so I had to order this new one. If you have big ears you will love it! If you have small ears, hopefully you don't wear glasses. One more note. I have tried several other types of headphones and this is by far the best.
