The hose is very flexible and therefore easy to install. It helps if you clean the 2 places where the hose fits prior to installation.

This product was the perfect size for my Shark UV795. I found a YouTube video that shows me how to disassemble the vacuum and insert the hose. I am very happy with my purchase.

My Shark's suction power was wonderful after changing the hose - I had no idea how much suction power was wasted with a broken hose. It is recommended that you watch the help videos before removing the required parts and maintaining the screw order.

The hose was in good condition but did not fit my vacuum cleaner. It has an outside diameter of 1.5 inches, but mine needs something smaller, like 1.375 inches. Can't find it anywhere :( Apparently it's not $10 because the one I ordered from walmart.com was returned but I was told not to bother with it in the mail.

This was the bottom channel for my Shark Rotator Lift Away True Pet mdl# NV750W. It fit perfectly, not too long and not too short, and the 1 1/2" diameter was just right. I don't understand why all the fuss about it being too short, or a difficult installation. I literally have Took 30 minutes.Remember to screw the hose counter-clockwise and it's not hard at all.
