If I could give a negative review I would. It should be waterproof and repel urine. Instead, my mattress got completely wet and ruined when the dog had a little accident. Avoid at all costs.

We love it so much we have two exactly the same mattresses and one mattress from the same brand for a different mattress size. None of them have let us down so far! The baby is all wet and no matter which diaper/diaper he has worn before, at some point he will no longer leak. It has saved the mattress every time. You can buy cheaper, but it's not worth saving here. I always recommend this brand!

I am writing this to warn other parents who are planning to use this for potty training. It directs urine through the protector. We have a new bed and I am still working on getting rid of the urine smell after discovering it was leaking through the middle of the bed. This is very frustrating. I had to buy something else. I'm not the type to ever review or post, but I wanted to warn others about this product.

This was a great price compared to mattress stores. Same brand at half price. Very well done. Easy to put on a double mattress, with a good fit. Only gave four stars because the product wasn't as soft as I was hoping after being labeled premium. Maybe it will get better after the first wash. Very simple washing instructions. I would buy this again if I had to. Sent by Amazon, arrived on time within 2 days.

Nothing goes through this puppy. I'm still working on potty training my little one at night so I bought 2. They hold up well in the machine. I always hang them up to dry. Nothing goes through it, so the mattress is still intact. I bought this mattress to protect my toddler's mattress during potty training. I have a total of 3 so I can switch off in any "accident". After an accident, I noticed that the urine went right through the tread. Luckily I had two on the bed so nothing got hurt. I called Protect-A-Bed and they immediately sent a replacement protection. I received a mattress as a gift when I bought it. I trusted this product after spilling red wine on my bed and not a drop fell on the mattress. Then I had children and bought one for each of their cribs. I've never had a problem with anything (urine, vomit, drinks) soiling a mattress. You must follow the washing instructions. That's what the clerk at the mattress store told me. Apparently if you dry it at too high a temperature it will disintegrate and not be effective. I try to wash and dry in
