Hoping to be used for Covid face masks in public places. Thought it would be easier to breathe. It seemed comparable to other masks. Maybe just me. The masks didn't have an elastic to hold them on the face, so they kept sliding down. It would be too tight to put a big head on. It popped up on mine but then just slid off my face the whole time.

Can't stress this enough. WASH THEM FIRST! They smell and have a lot of dye. I hand washed mine and the dyes used to make them just ran out. As such, I would seriously recommend that you consider leaving them under the sink before loading them with your laundry. But otherwise they are fine. The fabric is light and breathable. They look pretty good and even though my neck is thick they don't feel too tight.

I've seen complaints in reviews that they don't stretch to fit the head properly. I haven't experienced any problems with it. In fact, they are one of the best socks I own. The quality corresponds to the price. They are slightly less breathable than average. This means you will feel a slight tug in your mouth as you inhale. Not annoying, just worth mentioning. These are for people who need to but don't want to wear a mask. They make breathing much easier, more pleasant and more comfortable. They don't sleep either. The extra crease above the nose helps.
