Description Incorrect. This product does not protect your camera from water ingress. Water droplets in photographs are very deceptive. This needs to be filed with the Federal Trade Commission for misleading advertising.

Not waterproof or waterproof! Also, I had to smooth out the mount by sanding the plastic sleeve so the block could be rotated. Cheap design for the price of a mount that isn't waterproof or waterproof.

2 stars for the concept. The attachment is not very strong. The worst is the night vision. The infrared lamps bounce off the cap and create a horrible ghost image on the lens. If it's only used for day vision or no night vision then it's fine.

I don't see how they can claim it's all weather. Basically, it's like putting a silicone bracelet on a new phone and calling it an otter. For some crazy reason I was expecting more than a rubber band and a $17 bond. I will return this item.

This product works and offers some rain protection. Unfortunately, the camera remains unsealed, so moisture will eventually get inside. This is not a defect in the product, it is simply a fact. The white sides also reflect a bit of IR emitter, making it unsuitable for night vision, the whole picture at night is just a bunch of blurs. I disassembled the camera and turned off the IR blasters. I installed a separate IR illuminator and am now very happy with the setup.

I had to crop the "bonnet" area to get night vision due to infrared reflections. I sealed the hole in the back with a thick piece of white tape as I didn't feel water would seep into this hole. Very good for the camera. All that was said was after a few thunderstorms and the camera is still working. Water that gets on the lens will not cause a blurring effect when drying. I bought this through Revain Warehouse Deals. Saved me a few bucks. It glides easily. It used to go well with the Wyze Cam Pan. There are no complaints for day use. Nighttime was a different story. The glitter was terrible. I immediately removed the cover from the camera and decided to paint the area around the camera black. I ordered this item to mount my Wyze Cam Pan outside in my garden. I am pleased with the quality and fit of the protective case, as well as the ease of installation and apparent durability. In general, the product meets the specifications in the product description, however I noticed a strong glare that degrades the image quality when the night vision IR camera is activated. I was able to fix the issue and found that the all-white body has a reflection that causes glare when night vision is on.
