The installation video didn't match all the items I had in my backpack, the instructions were different and I also had what I thought was a squig. Any attempt to remove the screen protector after it has made contact to remove bubbles (as the tutorial video shows) will only result in more bubbles as the adhesive will fail after application. Although the installation process was better than others purchased at the same time, after just 2 weeks 2 of the 3 covers that came with it were cracked down the middle across the width of the phone.
