I am very happy with this purchase. After using it for about a week it made a high-pitched ringing noise, so I contacted the seller who responded immediately and offered to replace the product or refund the money even though I didn't have the original packaging. The problem turned out to be with our sockets and was fixed after pressing the switch. I will actually buy a second surge protector for another room.

What really captivated me is that these are network filters. I love them but only gave them four stars because the outlets are too close together to fit most new electronic plugs. Used it in one of our kitchen outlets which eliminated the extra clutter of what used to be a power strip and three plugs for our phone chargers. I now have several of these in various places around the house and garage.

I liked the inclusion of USB sockets. However, when the device is mounted on the wall, it sags too much. If you have a plug that fits snugly, you run the risk of pulling the device out of the wall as it bends left or right.
