Installation took 10 minutes, no missing parts. The instructions had a picture, but not step by step, still managed to set up quickly with the "drawing". After water is added to the base, it becomes quite heavy, allowing it to withstand bumps. The gloves are soft and quite good quality, I like that they match the red bag. The picture shows the highest height it can climb, you can lower it for fun. Completely satisfied with the product.

They are also durable and comfortable. This is a great buy for those who want to get a good workout but don't want to go to the gym. I live in an apartment - my neighbors below me can't hear a thing, so overall I'd say it's good value for money.

Do not purchase this product if the intended user is under 5 years old. It does not come with a stand that can be weighted down with sand or water as shown in the photos. Instead, you have to stand at the base to hold it, preventing you from moving. It also doesn't adjust over a low chest height, so you're always slapping down. It was a gift for my 10 year old son and when we opened it it was already out of the return window. Now we're stuck with a crappy, misrepresented product.

After filling with sand, the base became solid. It's a metal stand that makes it almost useless for those who actually exercise. The lower 2 parts look a bit cheap, but are ok. I received the punching bag stand today and I am very satisfied so far. I was looking for a full sized stress/workout punching bag but had trouble choosing and settled on this for a while as an alternative, so far so good! The assembly was very quick and easy. My only caveat so far is that if you're a fairly strong hitter, you should fill the base with sand instead of water for extra weight. I filled mine with water first and there weren't any leaks or anything, but the base bounced on my first
