Looks like DOA. The instructions state that adding batteries causes four beeps. He beeps twice and that's all he does. No other displays or beeps, reading RFID cards or key fobs will do the trick. Extremely disappointed.

UPDATE: I haven't found any other working trinkets yet. The ones that came with it worked great and still work, but none of the others I ordered worked. It's easy to use and the replacement keychains I've made with it actually work better than the originals I've copied.

Perfect for duplicating HID Prox 125kHz key fobs, which are very common in apartment buildings, gyms, private garages, etc. The product is cheap, but the price is right - you will most likely not use it more than a couple of times. Excellent value for money and quality!

So when I read the instructions I automatically thought it couldn't be done, but it actually takes two seconds. Here is a faster way to use this device: First insert AAA batteries, then the copier should beep twice. Once you've done that, simply place the RFID to be scanned (either a card or a key fob) on the back of the copier, press "Read" and it will beep twice. Then you want to go to an empty key and press "copy" and it beeps twice and you're done.
