The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. The dashboard is very informative and allows you to see all your data in one place. It's very easy to use and the customer support is also very helpful. The best thing about prudsys is that it can be used for both web-based as well as mobile applications, which makes it very versatile to use in different environments. It has been easy to implement into our existing systems and we are able to track users' behaviour across multiple channels such as social media platforms or websites with ease. There isn't much I dislike at this point but if there were any then they would probably have already addressed them by now. We've found it really useful to
