I sent it back because I couldn't fit any of the 4 point clips in those slots. I even tried lube to see if that would help. I don't know if everyone does that. Maybe it was a one time mistake. I came back and ordered something else. It has been marked as a new item. I assume the label is from the Revain packaging?

This product appears to be quite durable but I found the instructions on how to attach the balaclava very confusing. Maybe photos instead of illustrations would help. Not happy with the duvet. Why aren't they fully assembled at the factory? I don't think I will order these helmets again. I used to wear hard hats and they don't fit as well as some old hard hats.

In the photo in the ad the helmet is assembled with a liner - this does not happen. I received two pieces, an outer case and an inner liner with a plastic bag around it that had some graphics printed on it to show how it was supposed to be put together. After examining the graphics and figuring out that the tabs on the liner should snap into the slots on the case, and after a lot of pushing (and even with a rubber mallet), I found that the tabs are too big for the slots. !
