Use o-ring in spare parts

So obviously I'm not the sharpest pencil in the box. When I installed the BOV on the flange they were misaligned due to the gap between the BOV and the V flange. So I designed a part and 3D printed it to go there, and apparently that's where the printing should go. Oops

Works well. in Turbocharger and Supercharger Parts

Got this for BMW 335i N54. Either it was a Tial BOV that was close to $300, I decided to try it at about a 90% discount and if that didn't work I would go for a branded deal. So far so good, looks, sounds and performs like a real BOV. I will update if anything changes.

N54 upgrade is good for engines and engine parts

I used this on my 08 535xi. I installed a new JB4 upgrade charge tube. The N54 is supposed to have an 11lb exhaust valve, so I just used an 18lb spring and cut off the extra coils. This is an evenly wound spring so changing the spring rate is very easy. I think it was a 9 coil spring so just cut 3.5 coils off it. I've driven the BOF for about 2000 miles and it has worked flawlessly so far.
