This is an amazing headset. That works great. If you are looking for a quality headset with great sound quality, I would highly recommend this one.

The first transfer button I bought stopped working after only 4 months. This is the second one I'm trying as I like that it's a wire.

I love that I can choose between a standard earmold or an ear canal piece! I don't like that the cord from the ear to the clip on the collar is too short! I don't understand why this piece is needed. The cable must reach to the microphone button!

The simplicity of this device is easy to assemble and carry. Communication with this mic and earphones is crisp and clear, keeping radio traffic private and keeping strangers at bay. the ik stays where i put it, very well; no need to fuss and reconfigure

I have worn these devices as a police officer for over 20 years. Now that I was safe, I started looking for a good unit again. This device is very comfortable and stays in place nicely. I wear it 9-10 hours a day and most of the time I don't even know it's there. The clarity in both the microphone and speaker is amazing. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for an all day headphone/mic.

I've only used it once so far but I'm impressed with the product. I wear it at sporting events to communicate with administration on the sidelines. So far it's very comfortable and the sound quality is excellent. It was quite windy yesterday and my receptionist said it was very good to hear me with the microphone. Will be updated after several wears.

This headphone outperforms most others. From having more headphones than others to the Kevlar surrounding the cables, it sets the bar high. The sound quality is fantastic both ways, which also keeps the volume down. Kevlar helps in those inevitable moments when you become addicted. If you want something like this, make sure what you get has D-shaped headphones. The other design doesn't hold up well.

So I bought this in January, it was delivered quickly. The only problem was that no skeleton ear tips were included. I wrote to the company and they sent me the inserts with no problem. Fast forward to today in July. I recently broke an earbud, I managed to fix it but it kept falling out of my ear. I decided to order another plus an extra for a colleague.
