Can be a wee bit slow

As a nurse, I know how these things work, how they’re supposed to react to drops and rises in an O2 saturation level. This one, at times, can be slow to react to drops in O2 sats. We’ve compared it to the "full on” Hospital model. It did "catch up” with the drop and subsequent rise of the "sat”, but shorter "dips” could POSSIBLY be missed due to the "hang-time” in reading. Meaning, if someone drops for 2minutes or Longer, this will catch it, but of that 2+min, it will catch about a minute. So…

Pros
  • Lightweight and Easy to Carry -- The oximeter is light-weight and compact, the fingertip clip use soft silica gel mairal and come with a lanyard, you can easy to take to the gym and office.
Cons
  • The device may not be able to detect changes in oxygen saturation levels quickly enough

Surprisingly good for the price

This meter is easy to use and seems to be reasonably accurate, though I have no good way to tell for sure. The display is small, but very nice, and reorients as you reposition it - nice feature. My only niggling complaints:1) It starts up and displays 96% or 95% for a few seconds before it shows you the real reading, so you have to ignore the first few seconds of readings (it seems to take at least 30-60 seconds to really settle in on a "good" measurement number, but it's passable after 5-10…

Pros
  • I like that it beeps I returned another kind that did nothing this one was a few bucks more But worth it
Cons
  • The Pulse Oximeter Fingertip may be incompatible with certain medical conditions or medications

Really finicky good for me

Half the time it doesn't really read right. Different readings on different fingers, like, vastly different. If I were in a situation where I needed to check this with urgency, I would not want to be fiddling around to get a reading. That said, the price is good and it gets me the info I need. sometimes :)

Pros
  • Works great even has a beeping noise which I like to know it's working
Cons
  • The device may not be compatible with certain mobile devices

Great price best in my review

Great device but needs a little better explanation on some of the display readings. I would buy it again if i needed another

Pros
  • The display is MUCH smaller than is led you to believe. Otherwise, it does what it supposed to do.
Cons
  • The product may not come with a warranty or guarantee

Stopped working after 1 use

Screen stopped working and it hardly turns on. Sometimes it’ll randomly beep when you try to use it but other times it seems as if the batteries are dead. I’ve replaced the batteries and it still doesn’t work:/

Pros
  • This is easy to use. a couple of times I got different readings back-to-back , but not too bad.
Cons
  • The Pulse Oximeter Fingertip may not be able to perform at high altitudes

Works so easy good for me

I bought this, took it out of the box, inserted two batteries and ready to go. Had a doctor appointment the next day. Took it with me to check accuracy and it was exactly the same as the doctor's big machine. Instructions are a bit hard to read, but you really don't need them.

Pros
  • Lightweight and portable, making it easy to take on the go
Cons
  • The Pulse Oximeter Fingertip may not be suitable for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions

Nice little device good for me

Good way to monitor your blood oxygen number from home. The print on the instructions is very small and faint, but it’s pretty self explanatory on how it works. Very accurate as it gives me the same numbers that I get at my pulmonologists office.

Pros
  • {}
Cons
  • The product may not be easy to clean or sanitize

Exceptional oximeter for the price

We got this in case one of us got covid - being able to monitor blood oxygen level is critical in deciding whether to go the hospital, or not. This unit is a great value! Accurate, and very easy to read at any angle on account of it's rotating display. As a bonus, you get the pulse rate and perfusion index on the same screen. I'm very happy with this purchase, great little device. Every household should have one!

Pros
  • The price was a factor along with it is easy to use.
Cons
  • The device may give false readings when used with nail polish or artificial nails

Easy to use and accurate

This is the same one my home nurse and my doctor uses. When i first got it i compared readings of theirs vs mine to make sure and they matched. Highly recommend. Also durable, I can't tell you how many times I've dropped it with no problems. The batteries pop out but otherwise intact.

Pros
  • Ideal for people with respiratory and cardiovascular conditions for monitoring oxygen saturation levels
Cons
  • The device may not be suitable for individuals with pacemakers or other electronic devices implanted in the body

Good Quality and Accurate

Good quality and reasonably priced. Used along with automatic BP cuff and thermometer to monitor my health. Accurate when compared to Dr's Office model.Only drawbacks are screen numbers are small and too sensitive to motion changing viwe horizontal to vertical.

Pros
  • It is so important to know your health and take care of it.
Cons
  • The Pulse Oximeter Fingertip may be uncomfortable to use for extended periods of time

Great product in a pandemic environment

Wow/-/easy to use pulse ox. monitor that is not tight and doesn’t pinch at all. This device does just what it says:Pulse rate bpmPulse oxPI%heart rate "waves”Btw I did not know what PI % was before purchasing this. However, now I do⤵️Perfusion Index or PI % is—the ratio of the pulsatile blood flow to the non-pulsatile static blood flow in a patient's peripheral tissue (such as finger tip, toe, or ear lobe).—an indication of the pulse strength at the sensor site. The PI's values range from 0.02%…

Pros
  • Pulse Oximeters
Cons
  • The device may give false readings due to external factors such as altitude or environmental conditions

It's definitely worth it

I love this oximeter it is easy to use and comes with batteries and the wrist band is an extra plus. The only thing I wasn't too happy about is the monitor keeps going and adjusting and does not stop for a set reading like a thermometer would do. Other than that it's worth the buy.I will say make sure you read or search the pulse rates for age range. I purchased to keep track of my 4yo with asthma oxygen level. It's worth the buy and I'd reccomend.I googled the 3 different readings and the pulse

Pros
  • What You Will Get -- 1* Fingertip oximeter; 2 *AAA Batteries; 1* Lanyard;1*User manual and 7*24 hours customer service
Cons
  • The Pulse Oximeter Fingertip may not be accurate for individuals with breathing abnormalities

Cons

Quality product for a surprisingly wallet friendly price

It was easy to setup, just pop the batteries in and go. I found it just as easy to use as the ones in a hospital and the screen rotation was especially nice. It seemed as accurate as the ones in the hospital. I've got a cold right now, thus the 98 instead of 99 or 100. Pulse was accurate. The contrast of the digital display is crisp and easy to read. You really can't beat this for price and accuracy!

Pros
  • Muy bueno
Cons
  • The Pulse Oximeter Fingertip may not be suitable for individuals with thin or frail fingers

Pulse monitor best in my review

I needed a monitor while my father was on home hospice care. Worked perfectly. Same accuracy as the professional ones and easy to read. Simple to use. Only thing battery life doesn’t last.

Pros
  • Just put it on your pinky and wait.
Cons
  • The device may be difficult to use for individuals with poor eyesight

Revainrating 5 out of 5

like it a lot on my review.

I should start by saying I like this sensor a lot. it helped me while being sick. As far as accuracy I think it's very close to medical grade as my numbers at the hospital were very close to this +or- 1. I also like the fact the display orients to the angle you are viewing (very useful ) buy with confidence well worth it. very easy to use

Pros
  • The oximiter was for a friend recovering from co-vid. She is a nurse, and is very satisfied. Thanks.
Cons
  • The Pulse Oximeter Fingertip may not be suitable for infants or young children
