I have this for my 2.2 kg Chihuahua (free neck size 8", chest circumference 12" / 12.5" incl. fur, length 10.5" ), and the size S fits perfectly when I fitted it. on all 4 plastic guides as tightly as possible. In the winter this pendant could fit over a jacket or sweater if I adjust the sliders to their widest circumference.

Firstly I love all Puppi stuff, secondly this harness is a bit more expensive than most of their other harnesses but the Legacy line wipes down easily with a damp paper towel. This is my dog's harness for muddy and wet walks. If it runs through a puddle it's okay when we get home, I just wipe up the spills with a wet towel and it's like new - no need to machine wash every time.
