This shampoo is worth every penny. I had dark brown hair at one point that was naturally tousted. The bottom of my hair was so damaged it was depressing. It looked like straw. I'm also allergic to sulfates, so it's often difficult to find shampoos that lather well and leave no residue. This shampoo doesn't irritate my skin, lathers up and leaves my hair soft and incredibly healthy looking. Sooo happy!

I've been buying this product for 2 years and I really like it. I wasn't concerned about the changed packaging but today I used it for the first time and the formula has changed and it's terrible. It's always been a purple color with a great scent, but now it's a watery white formula with a very low scent. My hair has become soft and I will never buy this shampoo again. really hate it! Finally found something for my fine/soft hair. I will never buy again, especially at this price!

I love how it cleans my hair. I color my hair every month and my hairstylist comments on how it looks in good condition. I know it's because of the Pureology shampoo and conditioner. I have tried other brands that were the same and more expensive but none left my hair the way this brand did. My scalp is clear. I train every day and sweat a lot. It prevents pimples on the scalp as it purifies the scalp and hair.

I accidentally bought the full version. I usually use the normal version which I love so much. I thought okay I'll just use this one. It makes my hair so static I can't use it. It's like I've been rubbing my head with a balloon all day, my hair is stuck to my face and neck, it's standing up straight, it's everywhere and annoying as hell. The bottle is small but I just wanted to try it before I buy a bigger one. I love it, it smells amazing. The shampoo is expensive regardless of the size but I think it's worth it. I'm older so my hair is rough and unruly, this works pretty well and smells nice. No floral or perfume scent, but more of a "tea tree" scent.

My only concern is the product was not sealed. Shampoo is usually sealed with plastic. The bottle is easy to open so I'm concerned it has been used. will come back

I've been using this shampoo for years and got a different shampoo. The color was different, the smell was different, and the packaging (label) was tight but not the same. I started using it like a mannequin (benefit of the doubt) but noticed my new color was fading/crumbling and my hair was going straw dry in just a few days. Next time I will buy from Ulta to make sure I really get what I ordered.

I've always loved this shampoo and conditioner; but today I received both and the shampoo was not sealed. It was open and about 3/4 full. Getting it back seems like a real pain; However, in today's world, I worry about possible contamination. I will probably not order from this seller again.

I love the Pureology conditioner and volumizing shampoo and thought I might give it a try as it makes more economic sense. Unfortunately, it just doesn't work for my hair type. I have really straight hair that doesn't hold curls, this product weighs it down and makes my scalp very greasy by the second day.
