I have given this to my 60lbs dog three times now (two chewables). After about 40 minutes, she appears to be more relaxed/tired. I feel like it lasts for roughly 3 hours or so. Had to crush & add to peanut butter or it's not taken. But even when ingested noticed no change in dog's behavior. Really was hoping for at least a little toning down of his hyper over-the-top behavior. Can't trim his nails or do much with him. But this did not affect his behavior.
