I don't know what happened but I've been buying this for a very long time and it's been great! The last box I bought was half cans of gravy. So I have to use twice as many cans to feed my pup. That makes it very expensive! I'll order another case and if it's the same I'll have to find another brand and flavor. Again! I'm getting to the point where I can just start preparing food for my dog so I know what's in it!

We have been using the subscription service to purchase Purina True Insights dog food for almost 2 years now. Always arrives promptly. When we ordered in early August, the food was different than any other monthly order. It was watery and gritty. Very similar to ground beef soaked in lots of water. We threw away a tray and a half this month. It's usually the same quality every month. It's really scary that something could be wrong with the canning.

The order for dog food before this order must have been stored in a very hot warehouse for a long time because the oil separated from the meat. I didn't know until I received my last order. Now I know why my dog kept having diarrhea. I opened the can of the new order and compared it with the can of the remaining order. I immediately threw away the second one.
