I have been using Puritan Pride for about 6 months and my hair is thicker and shinier. I find that my hair growth has also improved. My nail growth is improving and nail strength is better, but I'm hoping for a thicker nail and understand that it takes time. I will continue to use this product.

This has worked very well for my two daughters with thin, weak and dry hair. A few weeks later, spiky new hairs started growing on their heads. Six months later, they had thicker, stronger, and more beautiful hair. Take 3 tablets twice a day for 2 months. A year later they have long, beautiful, shiny hair. They still take this product intermittently if they remember, about every 1-3 weeks.

Unfortunately, they stink and are quite hard on the stomach. They seem to dissolve badly. I'm going with the lime softballs that I originally planned on making
