The product was of high quality. Although the product itself is easy to install, the procedures that Ford provided for this model are very complicated. I had to go to the dealer for installation and they had problems too. Make sure the filter is installed with the correct airflow direction. Otherwise it fits perfectly.

This filter is very stiff and will not flex to accommodate the bend required to fit into the filter seat. Threw it away and bought a cheaper one at the local auto parts store. Unless you're an auto mechanic and don't want to break your joints or twist your back, don't buy this car!

I was skeptical about the fit. I got the part number from the Purolator website, but when I found this filter on Revain, the Revain website said it didn't fit my 2016 Ford Focus Electric. He was a perfect fit. As others have said it's a bit tricky to get to because you have to squeeze the filter to get it into the passenger footwell seat, but the filter snaps back into shape once it's in. Focus Electric has a Titan trim package.

While this filter is certainly heavier and stronger than the Motorcraft OEM filter, it does not appear to restrict airflow, although it is slightly more difficult to find on Ford vehicles (Escape and Focus) is to be installed). My main issue with the filter is that it doesn't do what is advertised first on the box which is "block and control odors" so I decided to buy it instead of OEM. Exhaust fumes, smoke and animal (skunk) odors will pass through this filter just like a cheaper OEM filter. I
