Amazing product and customer service

I bought this product to replace another brand I've had for years that was finally leaking. He had a different type of hose and it broke. I think the hose that came with this model should last a lot longer. I also like the atomizer better on this product. It's lightweight and easier to regulate the pressure. This is a great product at a great price. Highly recommended! IMPORTANT: I also recommend that you follow the instructions and ALWAYS close the valve near the water supply line. This is…

THIS POINT WAS A LITTLE SHORT BUT YOU SOLVE AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM ABOVE AND LAST!

I need 48 inches so I thought it would work great, it was 1 inch too short to work properly. HOWEVER, WHEN THE COMPANY RECEIVED MY COMPLAINT, SHE CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY AND VERY POLITELY AND LOVINGLY APOLOGIZED. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED THE HOSE WITH A LONGER HOSE AND SENT IT TO ME. I WAS RETURNED BY ATTITUDE, courtesy and kindness towards me. Premium quality and great customer service!

is under pressure most of the time, I wanted one that was less likely to fail. I bought it because the packaging said it was a good quality hose. I received it on time and after comparing it to this one failed, I realized that the Perfect Zone product has a braided nylon braid around the plastic tubing that protects the plastic.
