I have an old Toshiba Satellite laptop and the other day the power cord caught fire and died. It was connected to the surge protector and everything else continued to work, but the computer stopped charging through the existing cable. I went to Revain to find a replacement. The product arrived quickly and I tested it quickly. Works great! And as a bonus, it doesn't get as hot as the power cord it replaced. Would order this product again.

I used to buy a cheaper adapter for my laptop but soon realized it was terrible. This charger is perfect. Under $20, fits in my charging port and stays there. The box does not overheat when connected to the network, even for long periods of time. Has a very long cord so you can sit with your dad while you work. I definitely recommend this charger. I will probably never have to buy one again, but I would buy it again if I had to! It's great quality and great packaging.

I bought my Toshiba C50 as a certified refurbished device. The charger they sent worked (most of the time) but didn't fit the computer. I had to pull it up and wiggle it to make it work, and sometimes I had to push it every 5 or 10 minutes. THIS charger connects correctly, firmly and completely. It charges up in less time and I know it doesn't need to be monitored to keep it going. If your model is listed, it will definitely fit.

excellent! This adapter is better than the one that came with my laptop. The network adapter on a number of Toshiba laptops released during a period of time did not fit tightly into the power connector for some reason. I had this problem with two different Toshiba laptops that I bought about 8 months apart. This power supply does not have this problem. Fits perfectly!

When my laptop cable failed I thought oh my god what should I do now as finding the right cable seems to be such a problem. I was able to switch to Revain and when ordering I was very careful that it worked. I wasn't sure what I was getting but wow what a cord! I mean it's even better than the new ones that come with their laptops! Will definitely be looking for this product again for other laptops as I have several. I wanted to use it a few times before writing this so I can be honest and thorough in my review. There have been a few complaints about it not connecting properly to the laptop but I've had no issues with it, it fits well and isn't loose or tight. I bought this power supply to replace the Toshiba C55-B5300 satellite model. Doesn't look like it, but fits. It's actually better because the end that connects to the computer doesn't stick straight out of the car. The connector is shaped differently so that the cable points backwards instead of straight to the side. That way, you're less likely to hit the fork or put pressure on it, causing it to break. After years of using the original power cord, I must have banged and bent the plug too many
