🔊 Pyle Marine Amplifier Receiver with Bluetooth technology Review

This application is excellent for non-marine applications. It's not an all-weather case, let alone a waterproof case. There is no water protection for the connectors or other exposed electrical components in this amp. In addition, the outer case has many gaps that open the inside of the amp to all elements. It can only be for marine use that will not be exposed to high temperature or humidity.

Just needed an entry level amp for a 2006 Honda Accord. The installation was uncomplicated. Very happy with the soundtrack. Bluetooth was a requirement on my list to save money and time replacing my stereo head unit, but it didn't work properly with my Galaxy9 sons and wasn't even listed as a device on my other Galaxy10 sons. I was able to connect my old Galaxy5 and my iPhone8 without any problems.

Good deal for the money. I don't know if it's "waterproof" but I hid it under my RZR's dash so we'll see in time. Installation is as easy as any other amp, I use the bluetooth part, no inputs etc and it works fine. The sound quality is good. I bought this for my pontoon because I was tired of trying to tune into a radio station all the time. It has enough power for four speakers and Bluetooth works great. Installation is fairly easy depending on the wiring on your boat. Good amp for the price but built in bluetooth could be much better. When the built-in Bluetooth receiver is connected to a device (like my iPhone or Nexus 7) and that device has an audio session open, it outputs a very audible electronic noise (hiss/hum) through the connected speakers. I have had this amp for 6 months. I was bragging about how well it worked and then the Bluetooth turned off the other day. I contacted Pyle and you know what, no response. I tried calling support and again nothing. It was a great price and I got what I paid for with this amp. Customer service is non-existent. I had 5 stars and now 2. I purchased this unit and tested it as soon as I received it.
