Simply great, convenient product

It didn't take me long to figure out how it worked and I needed a bit of control not to mess things up. But overall it saves me time and it only takes about 5 minutes to brush my teeth.

Don't buy it from Dental Floss & Picks

I bought this about 9 months ago. Then he suddenly died and did not attack. When I contacted the company about the warranty, they told me I have to pay for the return postage and pay again to have it shipped back to me. Considering what I paid for it, I doubt it was worth the cost. I would never try to fix it instead of replacing it with a new one. Obviously they don't stand behind their product.

Terrible design. Everything is smooth

Highspeed stopped working 3 months after purchase and fully after another 2 months. Terrible design. Everything is smooth which makes it very slippery when wet. The sliding knob is also easy to use. So quitting becomes a problem. due to lack of liability. I'm pretty sure the guy who designed this sleek white iPhone-like product has never flossed before. At least not with the product he developed. And I'm an idiot who went for this sleek look without realizing the (now obvious) slippery…

It is connected with metal pins and they are exposed to water so they rust very quickly. And third, there's a charge indicator, but no "charged" indicator - the light stays on while the charger is plugged into the socket, so there's no telling if it's fully or partially charged.
