I ordered black and received white. The exchange is not worth the hassle. Doesn't sound bad (only tested on one speaker so far).

Same problem as others. I cannot turn on the power while the car is running. Overvoltage protection triggers because the device is designed for a maximum of 12 volts. A bit sad because the sound quality is amazing.

Ordered and received in about a week. It looked beautiful, high quality, but it was white. So I send it back and explain that I want black and have ordered another one. A week later they sent a new one, white. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund.

I was so ready to receive this item! I plugged everything in and it doesn't play at all! I have Bluetooth streaming but it sounds exactly like skipping a CD. I'm so mad that I only got this today and was so dying to jam. I received it broken and Revane tried to get me to return it.

I have had this device since April 2018. Bluetooth transmitter failed in March 2020. Now when the device is connected via Bluetooth it will play music for 90 seconds, then play intermittently and then just stop at the end. feedback. Obviously this is well past the return window. I really liked this device when it worked. It has the right features. I would like it to be of the same quality.

This works well with my outdoor speakers, just wish I didn't have to stand by to connect to bluetooth. They advertise a Bluetooth range of over 50 feet. I would say I get 10 feet. Pyle support was very slow to help me. I asked if I could add an external bluetooth antenna, they said yes but no details on how to connect etc. The current bluetooth antenna is internal so I can't just unscrew the existing one. and screw in a new one.

Bought for my garden speakers. Has worked well for 6 months. Began to notice crackling in the right speaker. I checked all the wiring and even swapped out the cables to make sure it wasn't a cable or speaker issue. I found it was the amp. I registered the product when I received it, so it is still under warranty. I contacted Pyle and they said they would contact me to resolve the issue. It was 3 months ago. I cannot recommend this product due to lack of customer services.
