Aquarium Brass Adapter in Python Design Review

It would be very nice if the listing of this brass python adapter showed the actual size of the adapter. I've tried this "universal" adapter on five faucets of different brands and styles (pull-out faucets, standard bathroom faucet, trendy traditional faucet). Doesn't fit any of them. The adapter is well made. Good smooth brass. Too bad it came in a multi-size pack.

I received a used Python system that was missing the pump and sink adapter so I had to order those two replacements. If the standard size didn't fit, I would take my aerator to a hardware store and ask for help finding an adapter. Luckily I didn't have to because the standard size fits me perfectly! I am happy that I can now do water changes much easier and with fewer mistakes.

Written to fit any standard size faucet. it is not! We have 3 sinks in our house with conventional faucets bought in the store at different times and from different brands. and it didn't suit any of them. I even unscrewed the plugs (things that hold the strainers in the faucet) on all 3 faucets and still none of them fit! This is misleading. If you have a python this is a replacement for the original brass faucet that came with your python, it will fit a standard size kitchen sink faucet (according to you remove your aerator), mine worked on a sink for years until I replaced my sink and found it was a junior size that uses a 13/16 inch male threaded aerator.
