Written to fit any standard size faucet. it is not! We have 3 sinks in our house with conventional faucets bought in the store at different times and from different brands. and it didn't suit any of them. I even unscrewed the plugs (things that hold the strainers in the faucet) on all 3 faucets and still none of them fit! This is misleading. I ended up having to hook it up to an external faucet for it to fit. But then it overrides the fact that I need it for my python because my python can't do it! I only give 2 stars because it is really high quality, heavy and high quality. But when he says it fits all standard taps. No, that is not so. We didn't buy tiny faucets lol they were everyday faucets and nothing special.
