This doesn't fit me. It was 20 inches in top height, but like most office chairs, it flexes a bit when you sit down. This chair sucks. Path. Heck, some of them are actually blocked by the plastic surrounding the inserts they're supposed to fit in! The manufacturer sends out a little "Let's do it right before you leave a bad review" card, but honestly I don't even want to waste my time waiting to see if another one is less than a gigantic piece of junk than this one I have already. Update 11 June 2021 – Upgraded from 2 stars to 1 Terrible chair I would not recommend. I've been using this chair for a week now and it's going in the trash. This is very cumbersome and was a waste of money. The lumbar support goes too far into the seating area, which pushes your body forward 1/3 of the seat. I'm a petite female (110lb max) and I liked that it was a small chair as per most reviews. The chair comes well packaged with parts to assemble using screws and the Allen key provided. The wheels take a lot of effort to fit into the legs and you have to bend the plastic a bit to get all the pieces to fit together properly. The assembly is not difficult, you just have to make an effort so that everything fits into place. Once installed the chair feels quite sturdy, slightly smaller compared to other chairs.
