Wrong size for me / leans forward

This doesn't fit me. It was 20 inches in top height, but like most office chairs, it flexes a bit when you sit down. At that time it was as high as my kitchen chair and too short for my height to work. conveniently at your desk. Also, the seat naturally leans forward and I can't snap it to a different angle. I worked, I'm so disappointed with it and so uncomfortable (my legs and back hurt, which is not normal for me) that I will try to return it. I'm not sure I can remove the cylinder without causing damage so it will most likely be returned partially assembled.
