They fixed our 55 inch plasma!

One day our plasma TV decided to turn itself off and we couldn't turn it back on. I googled the problem and found these. The TV is very basic and it came back with no problems.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Went like clockwork!

My 50 inch plasma TV is not working. I called several stores and they all wanted to charge me just to look at it. I then went online and found that the backup could be the problem. Thought I'd try that first to see if I could fix it myself for less than $10. I bought them and they were just what I needed for the TV.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Slightly torn

A 30 cent fuse saved a $3,000 TV!

I have a 50 inch Philips plasma TV from nine years ago that I paid about $3,000 for. Just before the holidays he stopped working altogether. After a little research I found that these TVs have two typical problems, either a blown fuse or a blown capacitor. Since I had no power at all on the board, it was probably the fuse. I bought a replacement, installed it, the TV works like new.

Pros
  • Good thing
Cons
  • I don't remember, but there was something
