This kit seems to have been designed by people who hate Viewsonic. The screws are the wrong length no matter what rack combination you use. Two screws were missing and the ones supplied were metric with no indication of what head size would be required to drive them. This kit is completely unsuitable for Viewsonic projectors. Installation on the ceiling was easy, attaching the lower assembly to the ceiling is not so easy, had to loosen the screws and work with two people. Hook connection to the right and the puck broke the hook. After hanging the projector from the ceiling, he found that the panel holding the sand joints to the ceiling was not straight. As someone who enjoys assembling IKEA furniture and generally collecting things, this projector was annoying. Their one-size-fits-all design can be a great selling point, but makes installation difficult. First 2 screws to screw into the ceiling studs, some unusual sizes. Pros: Convenient for hanging and removing the projector with the specially designed hanging bracket. The ability to point the projector in any direction. Easy to assemble and use. Black color. Installed this on my new BenQ HT3550 projector yesterday . It looks good and is well made, but I have one major complaint. The supplied gaskets do not stick together, which makes assembly so difficult. If you simply assembled the pads like Lego, the assembly time would be reduced by at least 30 minutes. Anyway, the leveling discs themselves "nest" into each other but don't stay together well, and the leveling discs won't insert and snap into the arm spacer (which takes up the height difference…
