I like that quickchat is easy for customers who have not used chat before, but also gives them options such as stickers in their chats which can really help with keeping up conversation flow without being forced too much into typing out responses or questions! Easy app integration through our website so we didn't need any new staff members hired just yet (but will be looking at adding this eventually).
