I like that quickchat is easy for customers who have not used chat before, but also gives them options such as stickers in their chats which can really help with keeping up conversation flow without being forced too much into typing out responses or questions! Easy app integration through our website so we didn't need any new staff members hired just yet (but will be looking at adding this eventually).
Nothing majorly negative about it all - great product/service overall? What do you think users would say if they knew what was best from using an instant messenger application rather than text messaging via phone calls etc.? I like that it's easy for customers, as well as employees / team members in general - you can easily chat with them anywhere! The only downside is not having enough options when choosing different layouts (more space would be excellent!). It helps us stay connected while working from home even if we're unable physically go into office or hang out together during meetings etc., which was one our main problem before using this app/service :).
