Plastic Bucket - QWORK Pack, Gallon Size Review

I ordered these lids thinking they would be the same as the lids I bought from Menards in Gillette, Wyoming in 2015. These lids snap onto the bucket, making the container airtight, moisture-proof, and convenient to use. The caps I have, not many! These lids will not snap onto the bucket without assistance. I think if you bought some SUPER WEATHERSTRIP CEMENT and sealed the lids with it it would work. This is my plan for her. I ordered two Gamma Seal Lids from Uline for less than what I paid for

I'm a packer saving 5 gallons. Containers that I can clean well enough to reuse. I have 2 brands of seal buckets that are spotless and these lids don't fit either. The only buckets I could use them with were Black Jack elastomeric buckets. But even fitting them properly took a lot of hits with a rubber mallet and a block of wood. I'm glad I only bought 3. My next purchase will be from another seller who doesn't sell Asian knockoffs. A real feed bucket might work, but don't expect it to work…

Good: The ring grips the rim of a standard (5/6/7 gallon) paint can adequately. The Bad: The lid uses a single helical thread, making entry difficult and prone to crossovers.
