Exactly what I need for everyday life

I like this product. I ordered a double end ball a few years ago, I liked it, but I had no prior knowledge of trigger point therapy. These balls were exactly what I was looking for and I love the block when doing yoga or stretching. It's a great tool when paired with a book on trigger point therapy and a stretching product like ROMWOD (Range of Motion Daily Workout). Buy balls, not a set!

I was very disappointed when I received this set. I have purchased other sets of splints from other companies that are made of durable rubber materials, but this is not the case. Lacrosse balls are great and I love the versatility of the different sizes but trust me! But the balls are separate, don't waste money on that useless block of foam that will collapse under weight and pressure and won't go back to normal. It's cheap foam that doesn't move and you can't use it for its intended purpose…
