Stinger CAR Z3 is a new radar detector model in the Car series from Stinger, a popular manufacturer on the Russian market. The device accurately detects all currently known police radars, including Strelka-type radars, the notification of which starts at a distance of one kilometer, when driving along the highway. The body of the Stinger CAR Z3 is made in the form of a miniature car with flashing strobe lights when alerted. The anti-radar searches for police radars in the following ranges: K, Ka, X and laser, including short pulse modes, within a radius of 360 degrees. The Stinger CAR Z3 is equipped with built-in VG-2 radar detection protection, which allows it to be used in countries where driving with radar detectors is prohibited. An excellent noise filter and several sensitivity modes help to reduce false positives of the device: CITY and HIGHWAY.

There is absolutely no product, do not buy it.

My first radar detector. I didn't have to choose, I was given. At first, for a long time I could not understand what the whole joke was . In the city, it reacts to radars starting from a maximum of 100m (on the forehead), after driving (in the back). Tried different modes and installation height: zero effect! It's the same on the track. How can you slow down when you're notified 100m away?! In general, a beautiful, but absolutely useless thing . I began to pick up another one .

I didn't expect the quality to be so high.

In general, the radar detector is good, I bought it for my son as a gift, while I myself use another stinger (Stinger 75 STM). Everything catches, there are also false positives, but turning on the appropriate mode solves this problem. Both still have one drawback - charging only from the cigarette lighter! I would like to connect via usb, so as not to pile up these huge splitters on the cigarette lighters!
