Luckily my native antenna came out easily. It installs in five minutes. I don't know why but now when the antenna goes down it sounds like the teeth are slipping as it closes all the way down.

Unfortunately this antenna did not fit the car as per the specs and when we tried to fit it we messed up the whole system and had to replace more than if we had bought a genuine Lexus antenna and not one third party manufacturer. To save money, we spent a lot more.

I received my antenna VERY quickly, that's a big plus! But when I opened the package, I found that it doesn't have the same nylon cord as the original. lets see what happens.
