The cable does not fit and does not work with the Serrius radio antenna. false fittings at one end. Don't try to send it back and try to get the right one if they have it.

does its job best in radio antennas

The connections are a little flimsy (I used tape to secure them), but they do the job. I have an aftermarket Sirius unit and used a factory XM antenna on my 2013 Silverado. Keeps the factory look.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Only available in black

Works flawlessly well for radio antennas

After being told in store there was no such thing, I bought it through Revain and it works perfectly. This allows me to lengthen the antenna to work very well and move the stiletto to a more convenient location. Arrived quickly, works great - what else. Can I ask from the line?

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Gives you a little more

I was worried at first. "Universal" cables have often disappointed me, but this one really works. The L-shaped connector must fit even the most unusual radio configuration, and the other end fits snugly into a standard antenna connector. It might be worth taking a look at the longer ones.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not bad

works perfectly! - Antennas

I used these to run a factory XM antenna in my 2005.5 Audi S4. I think it was a green fork to anyone trying to do this. I didn't need an adapter and had about an extra foot when installing my XM Onyx ez Tuner. I can't report any loss of reception with this extension and it works much better than the antenna that came with the Dash. I know you shouldn't put the antenna on the dashboard, but I knew about this cable. approached and did not want to install and then remove another.

Pros
  • GOLS certified

Not Perfect: Radio Antennas

If you look at this article you will know what you need. Here's what I noticed: โ€ข The connections are loose, not nearly as tight as the XM OEM. I use velcro to hold mine in place. However, it does have a right-angle plug on the end of the radio, which most extension cords don't have, so that's a good thing. โ€ข You will experience some signal loss. I bought this as an alternative to placing the antenna on the dash behind the windshield. Signal capture is about the same in both cases - about aโ€ฆ

No longer has gold plated connectors

I have purchased this product before and it used to have gold plated connectors and a compact square SMB connector. This new version has chrome connectors and the square SMB connector is much deeper (20.4mm vs. 14.4mm). While it will probably work well, it's too deep for my application, so I ordered the following instead: Bingfu RF Pigtail Standard 50 Ohm SMB Female Plug to SMB Right Angle Female Jack at 5m (16.40ft) RG174 Coax Cable for GPS WiFi router switches telemetry M2M test image 1 isโ€ฆ

Ideal for Verizon Network Extender GPS

I have a Verizon Network Extender at home (femtocell). The device itself stands in the middle of my house, and the necessary GPS receiver goes outside. The GPS cable that Verizon supplies is pretty ridiculously short, about 15 feet. After doing a little research, I found that the existing device and cable required SMB connectors. Next I learned that Sirius devices use the same types of connectors. This 10ft extension cord was the perfect solution at a reasonable price! It works as intended andโ€ฆ
