great replacement for my 530 SS which my .

, a great replacement for my 530 SS that was causing my hard drives to fail. the same connectors so I didn't have to use the others that came with it and now I have additional ones. Same blue LED, but this time I have an off button, others don't. It also looks like it has a temperature sensor, as you'll hear it get louder from time to time when you open the case. otherwise it works fine. so far no major problems have occurred

Pros
  • Great Design
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Great power supply for computer components

I bought this power supply because of its price and modularity. I currently have sentey optimus gs-6000r, i5 3570k, pny 650 gtx ti, 64gb ssd, 500gb hdd, 8gb ddr3 1600, dvd rw and 6 fans on my rig. This PSU hasn't failed in a month while my system is running. I haven't had any problems and I hope it stays that way. As for the LED backlight, I only recently turned it on, so I can't say there are any issues with it. The 8-pin power cable is long enough to go from the bottom of my case to the…

Less than a week later Internal Power Supplies

Item is easy to install and looks great, but looks can be deceiving! It took a total of 5 days until the unmistakable smell of burnt electronics came up. This power supply was almost twice the size I needed so it wasn't overloaded and now I can't even return it because I waited too long before putting this computer back together. I no longer buy computer parts from Revain, instead buying locally so returns are easier.

Pros
  • Regular Price
Cons
  • No Instructions

Got a hard drive for computer components

I bought a Raidmax 500w with my first PC in 2014 and it died in less than two years. Went to a 630w model and it just died after 3.5 years destroying both my hard drives in the process. There are other more reliable power supply brands at similar prices. I will no longer use Raidmax.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Quality Product in Computers & Accessories

I needed an inexpensive power supply for my kid's computer because I added a graphics card and the old one couldn't do the job. I was very surprised at the quality of this power supply for the money I paid for it. The first thing you will notice is its weight. Easily weighs 4 times more than the ones it replaced. I also like the fact that you can remove power cords that you don't need so they don't clutter up the case. It competes with my OCZ PSU, which I paid more than double for. It's worked…

It nourishes and looks good.

This PSU was purchased as part of a new mid-ATX build. It works. Blue light is cool if you like that kind of thing. I have some kind of blue light in my computer case so this device worked for me. It gives me enough energy for what I do. The fan is super quiet. For the recording I didn't use most of the cables that came out of this box. It's not fully modular, only semi. If you're not using cables, they're still in your case. This is a hybrid. This may be useful for some users. I wasn't…

Replacement original equipment

The power supply arrived in a very good time, perfectly packaged as brand new, still in the original box with cellophane around the box, everything is there as described, the price is very good and free shipping. GOOD ------- The only thing I'm disappointed about is the fan is bloody loud, the old one was a whisper, drop this one because it's new, just loud, I'm afraid the fan is good , will probably fail in less than a month. sway on it so as not to impress for a new one. Deciding whether to…

PSU ASUS M4A78-E

This replaced the Raidmax 750 PSU which was no longer available and reviews of the 750 PSU said it was unstable. This has worked great so far, has a fan and is very quiet.

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Not as semi-modular as I thought, but it works.

Not the half module I thought. I expected mobo cables out of the box and ports for the rest on the box. Instead, all cables come out of the junction box to everything but the mobo cables. I didn't expect that, but in the end I used up all the cables.

Pros
  • Great range
Cons
  • Protection

Works great. And because it has blue light, it works better!

Okay, not really. I have 630 watts for some upgrades I'd like to do. The price was right, although recently some received DOA. Luckily mine was fine after the install (and CMOS reset). at 86 mm (-3.5 inches), so it fits in my case. I mention this because both Newegg and Revain list different specs. The main 24ATX is connected, as is the processor power. other lines connect to Komoda connectors (e.g. half-cables) so there is cable management. I found the cables to be quite long and the black…
