Excellent quality, highly recommended!

100% worth! This tarp is so light and so much bigger than any other tarp I've had in the past! The material is premium, feels very durable and strong, even has double stitching. It took me quite a bit of time to assemble - depends on how fast you can tie the knot :) You can also use it as a sunshade for your tent (just tie it to the trees on 4 corners). The thing is strong!

Well, I'll tell you first. This tarp setup is awesome! The first time with it it was easy to adjust in a wind of about 10 m/s. I don't use it as a hammock cover but as a shelter from the sun and rain on the tents. We have covered two tents with it. Well the second night it was blowing 40 to 59 mph winds everywhere and it lasted about 3 hours straight and then dropped to about 20 mph. I wanted a lightweight ripstop canvas. This is not ripstop. I'm pretty sure it's coated polyester which is full BS as the title says 'Diamond Ripstop' and the description specifically says 'Tough, genuine Diamond Ripstop fabric with HIGH QUALITY 2000 PU makes it WATERPROOF the perfect sun visor." that the tarpaulin is made out of it. Bought 2 12x10 raincoats for me and my husband. We just started using the hammock but our 14 year old son has been doing it for over 3 years. Poor quality for the price

Installed it a few times to prepare for a hike. This is mainly used to cover a camping picnic table. Given the price, I wasn't impressed with the build quality of the fly itself, as well as some of the kit's components. The measurements are: 11'7" from the spine line (from the top of the fabric to the end of the fabric, not the loop) and 51" from the spine line to the horizontal edge closest to the bottom, so it is no true 12 x 10. Good for the price: tents and awnings

EDIT: During last year's trip the tarpaulin tore at one of the attachment points. So now it's practically useless. I don't think I did anything crazy, it just wasn't strong enough for the strain. I was looking for a cheap and lightweight tarp that I could use as cover for a night hike.
