Good marker but broken part

I liked the product but it arrived with a broken part. The powder was on all the other colors. I just added it and pushed it back.

I just opened up my new tarte highlighter and the daylight color was completely ruined. Now I have to return this item. A clothing store 30 minutes from my house.
