I love that it gives me multiple options of where my leads are located within their area code or zip code so if they have no phone number listed anywhere at all; i can still give them priority over other companies who do! Sometimes when people call into this system there will be times its difficult getting through as sometimes during peak hours (9am - 1pm)the phones seem like busy signals even though someone else may not pick up right away!!
