Cheaper than Mopar. It's heavy steel and they look good. After driving 600 miles in my new Jeep, some idiot slammed me into the back corner of the parking lot while my wife and I were having dinner. Well they scratched my tail light and cut my bumper and also scattered their right front light all over the parking lot. The part number on the lens was for a 1990's Ford Ranger. It was dark blue. shock

From the picture of the product and the relatively low price, I expected this product to be a little light. Actually, the item is a high performance, high quality item. The image of the object shown is very deceptive: the metal rod that composes it has a larger diameter than shown in the photo; that's a bad photo. It's the same weight and quality as Mopar's fenders at half the price. You will be satisfied!

Installed on JKU 2017. Looks the same as the guards that come standard with the Rubicon Recon. Installed in 5 minutes with existing screws, although screws were included. I didn't use the screws that came with the guards as they were slightly larger than the stock screws and didn't want to tidy up the holes. Perfect fit and finish. I was surprised how heavy (meaty) they are. We recommend.

I really love this product. It adorns the rear lights nicely, offers a bit of protection, but mainly for the optics. However, tightening was a little tricky and some of the bolts in the area closer to the Jeep's centerline were a bit difficult. I noticed that the OEM bolts came in two sizes for inside and outside and I ended up reusing one on each side. The railings looked great but when I went to attach them there was NO hardware (screws). Existing screws are too short for 2012. The box that the protective covers came in was damaged so I think the screws may have fallen out. I have to send them back too. I won't give them more than 1 star if I can't use them and I don't feel I should try to find the right screws, didn't get what I paid for. UPDATE: I contacted Revain, they shipped a new order same day with overnight delivery and UPS picked up

I really like these guards and would give them 5 stars but there was a small problem. The fenders come with upgraded bolts (larger head) but do not properly mate with existing Jeep body hardware. So I used factory hardware instead, unfortunately the factory bolt head diameter is smaller than the drilled mounting holes on the guard so the bolt head goes straight through. I really like the look of this tail light cover. I was looking for a cover that would not obstruct the taillights during use and didn't look like an aftermarket. This style only has 1 bar dividing the taillight (unlike the type that has 2 or 3 bars). It could be installed quickly and easily using existing screws.
