Years ago we had a griddle pan that popped up in the stove and slid under the oven. It was so big, heavy and difficult to clean. finally stopped using it. NOW the newer one I just ordered and received today (as scheduled) is much nicer. Light weight, not so big and bulky and much easier to clean. I'm so glad I saw this on Revain.

Description and packaging say it's 16" which is what I want, but it's actually 16.5" so my oven door won't close and fits in the grate on the side. Not knowing the dimensions of your own product and wasting your time is totally inappropriate. Revain even charges me for return shipping!

I am not satisfied with the quality of this product. I had really high hopes for this because it looks great and solid. After 2 applications, even at not very high temperatures, the enamel has faded and looks strangely stained! I don't use harsh soaps or detergents and I don't use scouring pads so I don't know why. I'm not returning it, but I won't be buying from this brand again.

Works well although the top doesn't sit well on the bottom. It is impossible to completely erase the tip. We've tried soaking, bleaching, and even spraying Pam (which only made cleaning more difficult). Should be able to clean without the use of an extremely abrasive cleaning product such as steel wool that can only scratch what should be a smooth and easy to clean surface. You have to fall back on that.

This is an excellent frying pan, really good quality for the price. The surface is easy to clean and the shape of the grooves provides good support for the meat while draining the juice for a good steaming effect. The pan fits well in the bowl, doesn't move at all, easy to put in and take out of the oven. The pan is also deep enough so the juice doesn't slosh around when the food is removed. Overall, I think it was worth the price.

I have to downgrade my rating on this product. The more I used it, the more obvious its flaws became. Food sticks and cannot be removed no matter how many times it's been washed in the dishwasher, even after soaking it overnight and trying to scrub off the grease. While well made, I'm getting rid of it and will be using disposable EZ broiler pans instead. A very disappointing product. Not recommended.

I warmed up the grill for 10 minutes on high heat, put the frying pan with the seasoned meat in it. After 6 minutes the pan is crooked, the right side is higher than the left. After the pan cools, it will still warp, but not as badly. While it's thick and looks like it could handle the heat of the broiler it was made for, I can say it's better used for baking cookies or anything that requires significantly less heat.
