Works great but very thin

They seem to work fine. I connected a 1M cable to my 3D printer between the Pi and the camera. They're a lot thinner and feel more fragile than the cables you get from Adafruit etc. They remind me of camera film in thickness (if you're old enough to know what it's like). No problem so far, but I bet they get damaged easily.

These cables are tightly twisted.

Used to mount an RPi camera on a 3D printer so the printing process/issues can be monitored with OctoPrint. I had to roll it back, wrap it with an elastic band and leave it for two days. He still wants to turn back. This at least prevented them from being crushed during transport.

This is the camera cable

Not much to be honest about, this is a camera cable for your Raspberry Pi and you either know what you are doing or you don't, the picture quality looks bad? Then it's probably because you didn't focus the camera. Pi can't see the camera? Possibly because you didn't include it in raspi-conf. This is a cable for the camera, they come in a variety of sizes and do the job.
