Great Platform For Local Businesses

I like how easy it is to set up and use. The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate. The app is also very intuitive and easy to use. The customer service is very responsive and helpful. I wish that there was more customization available, but that's not a huge problem. I am able to reach a large audience for my business and I have to be able to trust that Ratesight is going to protect my brand. Ratesight has been able to help me reach a larger audience and has helped me get more reviews

Great platform & excellent support: Ratesight

I liked how easy it was for my clients (who were from different industries) to manage their feedback. It required little effort to set up client accounts or even create new ones! The reporting features could be improved with some kind of dashboard. But overall this software has been very helpful in managing our customer feedback. They take care of all the heavy lifting so we don't need to worry about doing any work beyond putting content out there. And when something comes up, they're always…
