I liked how easy it was for my clients (who were from different industries) to manage their feedback. It required little effort to set up client accounts or even create new ones! The reporting features could be improved with some kind of dashboard. But overall this software has been very helpful in managing our customer feedback. They take care of all the heavy lifting so we don't need to worry about doing any work beyond putting content out there. And when something comes up, they're always quick to respond and help us get back on track. We've had no major issues since implementing them into our marketing strategy. A couple of minor glitches here and there but nothing too serious. Our clients love using Ratesight because they know that if anything goes wrong, they'll get fixed quickly. Their team never fails to answer emails within hours and provide updates whenever needed. The best thing about Ratesight is that you only pay once per month regardless of whether you submit reviews or not, which helps.
