Failed to meet our expectations

Using this product, our team found that it had connectivity issues with our computers, causing the audio to cut out frequently. The sound quality was mediocre at best and the earbuds were uncomfortable after prolonged use. However, the battery life was decent.

It's worth every penny! (Firefly V2, NOT V1)

I love this mouse pad. If you read the reviews, you will see that most of the negative reviews are about version 1. Version 2 has been greatly improved! It's a shame that so many top reviews refer to the V1. The lighting is great and complements my Huntsman Elite keyboard and basilisk mouse well. I should mention that I'm a businessman and not a gamer, but I found out a long time ago that gaming hardware is better than the crap sold for business purposes. Excellent and strong product, BUT.

The software part is very annoying and annoying, there are several services running on the back of their synapse kit (without it it's just a black plastic mouse pad) Bought for my studio computer , as well a mouse and an expensive keyboard of the same brand and it occasionally hangs up on my system during recording and also keeps sending packets out onto the internet, it must be a mouse pad but as the song says I feel like someone is trying to get me observed.
