I went to the Razer ID website, where I registered the product, after registration, a code was supposed to be sent to the mail to activate surround sound during the day, 4 full days have passed since then, there was no code, and no, I wrote 04/19/20 in support to razer. Com, still no answer, they just ignore me. I called Razer 2022 support, they answered me that the code should have arrived within 24 hours and that if it is not there, they cannot help me in any way, since the codes are provided by Razer from America.
